Submission of a financing application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to our underwriting criteria, credit evaluation, and approval process. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or modify any financing request at our sole discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all applications and communications. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application, termination of services, and potential legal consequences.
Specific terms and conditions for any approved financing (including interest rates, repayment schedules, fees, and other terms) will be set forth in a separate loan agreement or financing contract. Those specific terms will govern the financial relationship between you and LIQUID CREATIVE LLC.
Important Notice: Text Messaging Program Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from LIQUID CREATIVE LLC, the following SMS Terms and Conditions apply:
By consenting to receive SMS/MMS messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from LIQUID CREATIVE LLC, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). Messages may include offers, updates, information about financial products and services, and other business-related communications.
Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's plan. You are responsible for all charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
